Presenting fresh, American fare with a twist. A comfortable clubhouse and a lively lounge, the Tortoise Club offers a signature Chicago dining experience and favorites expertly prepared by Chef Gray McNally.
From our network of local farmers, specialty artisans, eccentric foragers, and dedicated fishermen, we aim to present each dish to the highest level of execution. We feature lighter options like our Roasted Chicken Salad, and our Lake Superior Whitefish. Signature items include our maple bourbon-glazed Berkshire Pork Chop, and our slow-roasted wild Pheasant Pie, garnished with crispy skin and a foie gras cognac sauce.
